Some people can be put off from going to the gym, or their work or home life, just does not enable them to go to a gym. There is no need to feel that you can not improve your fitness levels as your Personal Training can take place within the comfort of your own home.
Many people prefer to train in the familiar surroundings of their own home, as they feel more comfortable and more relaxed. You can achieve the same results at home as you can in the gym.
During our training sessions all equipment needed is brought to you, from Step Boxes, kettlebells, BOSU's TRX Suspension Trainers and more, in order to give you a full workout testing all your major muscle groups.
After an initial consultation to access your own Personal goals and needs a full Health Appraisal is carried out to gauge your current fitness levels, this includes, Cardiovascular testing, Strength Testing, Flexibility Testing and Postural Analysis. This will provide us with a good starting point and from there this will be completed every 6 weeks and recorded in your own personal Booklet; so you can see in black and white the improvements you are making, in your overall health and fitness not by just how you are now looking in the mirror.
If you don’t have time to go to a gym or just would prefer to train in the comfort of your own home, during our sessions I can show you exercises that will challenge your whole body, using everyday household items and provide a program for you that you can complete outside our training sessions.
