The ideal time to start working out is when you start planning your wedding
( 6months - 1 year ahead) this will ensure plenty of time for maxium results and the
body of your dreams for your big day, photos and honeymoon. But never fear if you
are reading this weeks before your wedding day we can still help!
It's important to look your best and feel amazing on your special day. I can give you the
confidence in yourself to achieve your goals whether you need to loose a few pounds only
or tone up your arms and stomach, with my guidance your goals are achievable.
The wedding package consists of 12 Personal Training sessions, a personal workout program, a dietary analysis and a nice relaxing massage for each package bought. The wedding package can be used up in a time frame thats suited to your busy work and wedding planning life, but a minimum of one session a week must be used, so we can ensure you get the results you want for your big day.
Step 1 - Book your free consultation, where we will discuss your goals. I will also take your vitals including your weight and body measurements, this then will be stored onto your own personal file, so we can track your progress.
Step 2 - To get the body you want you will have to make several lifestyle changes, this includes a nutrition plan and a structured exercise program. I can provide a dietary analysis and come up with a diet plan for you to follow, as well as a fun motivational workout program.
Step 3 - We can now start to make a change in your health and fitness levels through a healthy diet and fun personal training sessions.
